You can report problems with an order through your Fanoose dashboard.
1. Log in to your account.
2. Go to the Order History section. [↗]
3. Click on the number of the particular order to view its details.
4. Add the message in the text field that's provided and click on the Send button.
You can submit photo with your problem report using Contact form. [↗]
